Fleet maintenance, live now

What a fleet gets on day one.

Fleet maintenance is the first vertical, live in production. This is the same shop-floor and dispatch operation we've built for a real fleet maintenance shop, the story below is real, with the names left out.

A real onboarding

A shop that ran on paper, a whiteboard, and whoever remembered.

A North American fleet maintenance shop came to us running the way a lot of shops still do: work orders on paper, parts tracked by memory, and preventive maintenance scheduled by whoever happened to notice a truck was due. Nothing was wrong with the work, the shop was good at what it did. The problem was that none of it lived anywhere a system could see.

"We didn't want software that made us change how we work. We wanted something that already understood how a shop runs."

Day one didn't start with a training manual. It started with an onboarding wizard, business identity, team, suppliers, consumables, and shop assets, walked through once. By the time it was done, the platform already had a real picture of the shop: who worked there, what they stocked, and what they ran.

What a fleet gets on day one

Not a pilot. A working shop floor.

An onboarding wizard, not a blank system

Business identity, team, suppliers, consumables, and shop assets set up in one guided flow, the platform knows the shop before the first work order is ever opened.

A kiosk TV on the shop floor

Fleet health, active jobs, and alerts, visible to everyone in the shop, not one dispatcher's browser tab.

A tablet built for the shop floor

Technicians log time, parts used, DVIRs, and fault codes from a tablet that keeps working, offline, if it has to, and syncs the moment it's back online.

Phoenix already knows the fleet

Phoenix reads the same live work orders, assets, and parts data everyone else does, not a separate system someone has to keep in sync.
